We ship within Canada and the USA (except the state of Alaska & Hawaii).
Duties and taxes may apply depending on your country, and the customer is responsible to pay them. If you have any questions regarding this, please contact your local government.

Untraceable Letter Mail (SINGLE/ JUMBO CARDS MAX 12 CARDS) - $2.99 CAD
*Please note that untraceable letter mail is not covered by shipping insurance and is therefore not eligible for refunds, exchanges, or compensation. Additionally, if a shipment is sent to an incorrect address due to the customer providing inaccurate shipping details, it will not qualify for a refund, exchange, or any form of compensation. By selecting this shipping method, the buyer assumes and accepts all associated risks.*

How long will it take for my order to be shipped/ ready for pickup?
Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Please allow 3-7 business days for processing and the shipment to be sent out.
Please allow 1-3 business days for processing and the order to be ready for pickup. As well as please confirm a pickup date through the appointment link sent within the "Ready for Pickup" email.
What is the estimated time of arrival for my order to be delivered?
Letter mail and tracked shipments are experiencing delays. Please allow up to 4 weeks for tracked orders and up to 7 weeks for untracked letter mail to be delivered. This is a delay issue on the shipping carrier's side, not ours.
Why was my shipment returned to the sender?
Please get in touch with us immediately via email/SMS if your shipment is marked as being returned to sender by the carrier. We will wait to receive it and determine why it was returned to us. If it was returned to us to an error on your part, you would be held responsible for any additional return shipping charges.
Furthermore, if you still prefer to have the items reshipped, you will be responsible for the full shipping charge. If you do not, you will only be held responsible for both the initial shipping paid to send it to you, as well as the return shipping back to us. This is non-negotiable as we are not liable to cover the cost of shipping due to your error.
It is your responsibility to provide us with the correct shipping and billing address information, as well as keep track of tracking /pickup information. Emails going to your spam folder does not absolve you from responsibility, as we do not manage your email settings.
If the error was on our end, we will be responsible for any initial or return shipping charges and reship the items to your shipping address on file at no additional charge.
