Refund policy
I placed an order but decided I want to cancel it before it is fulfilled?
You must contact us via email within an hour of placing your order to have it canceled without a restocking fee applied. If you decide to cancel after the grace period, there will be a restocking fee of 15% withheld from the refund amount on the order. This is not negotiable.
May I refund/return an order after I received it?
The products we sell come directly from our distributors in their original packaging, all sales are final once they have been shipped out.
My order is marked delivered, but I never received it. May I receive a refund?
Please contact us immediately within 24 hours of your shipment being marked delivered. We will launch an investigation with the shipping carrier for the package(s).
If their investigation does come up in your favor, you will be refunded for the entire package(s).
If the carrier confirms the delivery was indeed delivered. We will not provide exchange, refund, or compensation of any sort, as we rely on the shipping carrier's investigation to determine false non-delivery claims.
I received my order, but it is missing some items?
If you receive your order and the items inside are not what you purchased, contact us at support@bbcards.ca or through SMS at +16476911341 with your name and order#, and we will look into a solution to resolve the issue.
What happens if I do not respond to emails regarding my order?
If we require additional information to process your order and do not receive a response after multiple email attempts, your order may be canceled at our discretion.
Customers are responsible for monitoring the email address provided at checkout and responding to any requests for information in a timely manner. Failure to respond within 25 business days of our first contact attempt will be considered abandonment of the order.
If an order is canceled due to a lack of response after multiple contact attempts, a 50% restocking fee will be withheld from the refund amount. This fee covers administrative, processing, and inventory costs incurred while your order was being held pending your response. This is not negotiable.
